Pricing information

Depending on the service and circumstances, fees may be fixed, hourly, staged or subject to another written funding arrangement. We will identify the scope of work, the people likely to work on it and the assumptions behind an estimate.

Quotes will state whether VAT is included. You may also need to pay third-party costs, sometimes called disbursements, such as court fees, search fees, expert fees or counsel's fees. We will explain known costs and obtain authority where appropriate.

If the scope, complexity or information changes, the original estimate may need to be revised. We will explain material changes and provide updated cost information so you can make an informed decision.
