Sponsor Licence

We provide specialist Immigration advice to businesses in
obtaining a Tier 2 immigration sponsor License.

The licence required depends on whether the workers you want to fill your jobs are:

• Workers  for Skilled or long term employment
• Temporary workers for specific type of temporary work

We can assist with the full application process including assistance with all the documentation requirements.

If you need a sponsor license to employ skilled workers from outside of the UK, a business will need to secure a UK Visa sponsorship license. An application will need to be made to the Home Office and the relevant Home Office fee paid.

We can assist in drafting compliance policies and sponsor compliance policies.

Our hourly rates are £200 plus VAT exclusive of any disbursements such as Home Office application fees. We can undertake our services with under a fixed fee basis. This fixed fee will be dependent upon the work involved and the complexity of the case and can be agreed at the outset.
